1. What if there is a problem with the tuxedo when it arrives?
a. With every order that we ship, we send a special tape that allows you to adjust the length of your pants and coat sleeves if needs be.
It is really simple to do!
We also send a button extender with every order that allows you to adjust the neck a half inch to an inch.
b. If you need a replacement item, we will ship you out a change. The earlier you order your tuxedo the more affordable it is to have a change sent to you.
A standard practice during most of the year is to have your tuxedo there about 3-7 days before your event.
2. When does the Tuxedo arrive?
Your tuxedo will arrive at least one day before your event. If you order your tuxedo at least 10-14 days before your event you will have it between 3-7 days before your event.
3. What is included in the price in the Tux Designer at the measurement page?
Everything that is on the mannequin is priced for you on the measurement page of the Tux Designer.
Prices may vary depending on what styles you choose.
Tuxedos rentals come in package pricing and when you rent the coat, pant, and shirt than you qualify for that discounted price.
When you order just one of those items you pay an item only price. Once you send the whole order to the check out cart than you will see how every item is broken down.
4. How can I get fitted for my tuxedo?
a. You can go to any formal wear shop or men's clothing store and ask for a fitting.
On the how to measure page you can print a blank measurement page that has all the measurements you will need.
Tell them it is for an out of town event. Most of the time there is no charge for the fitting, however, some might charge for the service.
b. You may also follow the instructions included on our "How to measure" page.
Here we provide a detailed video that shows you how to be measured so you can do it at home.
We also send out free tape measure through the mail if you need one.
5. When and how does the tuxedo get to me?
We ship all tuxedos UPS ground or Fedex. You may need your order expedited based on the time of your order.
You will receive your tuxedo 3-7 days before the date of your event. (as long as your order was not submitted within one week of your event date.
When selecting your shipping option please use this shipping map to help you gage how long it takes us to ship it to your address.
We can typically ship out your tuxedo within 24 hours of your order.
6. What happens if no one is home to receive the tuxedo?
UPS will make an attempt and will leave the tux at the door
7. How do I return my tuxedo?
Put all items in the box that it came in. Be sure to check the order so that all items are returned. Tape the box and put the return shipping
label that was sent with the tuxedo on the outside. Place it over the one that we sent to you.
Take the tuxedo to any UPS authorized shipping agent within one business day after you use the tuxedo.
8. What if I ship my tuxedo later than one business after the day I used it?
There will be a $10.00 per day late fee charged to your credit card for all units not returned to our address by the 7th business day after the day of use.
9. How much is shipping?
All tuxedo packages that include a coat, pant, shirt,tie, and cummerbund or vest qualify for free ground shipping. If you need faster shipping you will be able to see the cost of shipping on your order after you enter your zip code.
Please note that the shipping cost will include shipping to you and then shipping back to our warehouse.
Shipping costs tend to get lower per tuxedo the more tuxedos you order at one time.
You can also choose to pick up your tuxedo yourself at one of our stores at no cost for shipping.
10. Do you deliver tuxedos to any location?
We deliver your tuxedo to any physical address in the United States via UPS ground.
We will ship to Hawaii but the shipping cost will much higher and take longer.
Shipping costs will be determined by your zip code.
Shipping cost includes return shipping back to our warehouse.
11. What happens if the tuxedo gets lost or I do not send the tux back?
If a tuxedo is not returned by the 7th business day after the day of use, we will apply the appropriate late fees..
After 15 days past the ship back date we will charge your credit card the following replacement costs: Coat - $200, Pant - $80, Vest - $80, Tie - $25, Pocket Square - $4, Shoes - $40, Shirt - $30.
12. What should I do if my special occasion is cancelled?
You may cancel before ten business days of the intended wear date without incurring any fee.
If you must cancel within ten business days of your event, there will be a $15.00 processing fee charged.
Please call to make these arrangements if needed.
13. I am going on a cruise and won't be able to return my tuxedo right away. How much extra is it?
You can rent the unit for two weekends and be charged time and a half the rental price instead of twice for two weekends.
Please indicate at checkout how long you would like to keep it.
You are then required to have the unit returned within 7 business days of the second weekend.
14. Is your product good quality?
Our company has been renting tuxedos for over 30 years. We are dedicated to excellent service and product quality.
15. Do you offer any other selections?
Yes, we have more than 2 dozen tuxedo coat styles and more than 10 vest styles to choose from on our tuxedo designer and can order almost any style you'd like. Please give us a call.
16. Where are the tuxedos coming from?
Our warehouse is in Idaho Falls ID.
